Community Tree Nursery Program

The West Interlake Watershed Conservation District is reopening the Community Tree Nursery Program for 2017-2018.

We are excited to offer you two new varieties of species: Golden Willows and Sundancer Hybrid Poplar. Please note that these two species come in one (1) gallon containes and are 3 to 5 feet tall, unlike others, which are bare root seedlings and 12 to 18 inches in height.

We are also making changes in the conditions of our program: instead of covering the cost of 25 seedlings, the WIWCD will now cover up to $ 80.00 per application.

Ordered tree seedling will be ready for a pick up at Sabados greenhouse in the spring of 2017. The cost for seedlings depending on the variety.
